Ingredients
2 pints of sorbet of your choice 2 ripe bananas, sliced, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 pint strawberries sliced, 1 package wafer cookies
1)Set out ice cream cups and sorbet/ ice cream scoops. 2)Toss the sliced bananas in lemon juice to keep them from getting brown 3)Set each topping in a separate bowl 4) Let the kids choose and mix their sundaes. Add real whipped cream for added fun.
This nutritious treat for little ones has sugar but this may be reduced depending on the fruit's own sugar content. This is a healthy way to enjoy fruit and a great way to introduce your taste buds to a Healthy Treats.
